The payslip is the most important document and legal proof of payment to an employee. It gives the employee all details of the earnings, deductions, and net pay for a given period.

 

Viewing / downloading payslips in Paybooks is made easy and convenient for you.  We have provided various payslip options with different layouts, and dynamic fields to suit all industry requirements. 

With very simple steps which are explained below, you can extract payslips as per your requirement and save them for future reference.

To view and download the Employees' payslips

 

Go to employees>> View Payslips

Select the month 

Click on 'Download'.

Steps to download the payslips 


 

Click the drop-down on Filter and select 'ALL' in all the fields

Click 'Apply'

To download the payslips of all the employees

 

Click on the Download drop-down option

Click on 'Single PDF' if you wish to download payslips of all employees in a single file

Click on 'Multiple PDF' if you want to download a separate file for each employee.

All PDF files will be downloaded in a zip format.

To download the payslips employee-wise

 

Select the month

Check the box against each individual name

Click on 'Single PDF' if you wish to download payslips of selected employees in a single file.

E.g., If there are 50 employees in your company, then all the 50 payslips for that month will be in a single PDF file

Click on 'Multiple PDF' if you wish to download the payslips of selected employees in separate files.

E.g., If there are 50 employees in your company, and you select 30 employees then 30 separate PDF files will be generated.

All PDF files will be downloaded in a zip format.

Click on Next to go to the next page and repeat the same process to download the pay slips of employees whose names appear on the next page.
