The Monthly Attendance Report which is an important source of tracking attendance data helps to identify absenteeism trends and analyze the productivity of the team based on the hours worked.
This report provides the attendance details (Present, Absent, Leaves, weekly off, etc) for the month.
To generate the report, follow the below steps:
On the Home Page click “Transactions”.
Scroll down to Time Tracking, Management
Click “Leaves”.
Click “Monthly Attendance Report” under “Reports”.
Select the “Month”.
Select the “Branch”.
Pl note, only those branches/locations for which the attendance reconciliation has been completed will be displayed in the dropdown.
To view the reconciliation status, click “View Attendance Reconciliation Status”.
Once the reconciliation is completed, the checkbox will be ticked to confirm the status.

Click “View”.
The monthly Attendance Report will display the following details:
- Day wise Attendance
- Summary of
- Days Present
- Absent Days
- Weekly Off
- Restricted Holidays
- Leave
- Half Day
- Comp Off
For easy identification, the attendance details are color coded.
TOTAL WORKING DAYS – Total working days for the current month are displayed. (Calendar days minus Weekly Offs, Holidays).
DAYS PRESENT- This displays the actual no of days the employee is present based on actual punches/regularization.
TOTAL WEEKOFF – Current month's total weekly offs are displayed.
TOTAL HOLIDAYS – Current month’s total holidays are displayed.
COMPOFF TAKEN - Total Comp off availed by the employee is displayed.
LEAVES TAKEN - This column displays the total approved leaves.
Click “Download” to download the file in Excel Format.
