You can reset the password for your employees on their behalf.
Please follow the below instructions:
On the Home Page, click “Transactions.”
Scroll down to “Communication and Collaboration” under Transactions.
Click “Self Service Portal.”
Click “Reset Passwords” under “Workflow.”
Enter the Employee Code/Name.
The username and the email address will be displayed.
Click “Send.”
The new password credentials will be sent to the registered email address.
