Payroll Summary provides the details of the total payroll cost for a specific period. 

 

On the Home page, click Payroll.

Scroll down to “Payroll Summary”. 

 

You will be able to view the following details for the current processed month by default. 

 

  • Payroll Headcount-The number of employees that were processed for that month. 

  • Total Gross Salary – Total Earnings for the month  

  • Total Deduction - Total Deduction for the month 

  • Employer Contributions – Total Employee Contribution for the month like PF, ESIC & LWF. 

  • Total Payroll Cost – Total Salary cost for the month.
