You will be able to view the various insights.
Headcount Trend
You can view the headcount trend for the financial year.
To choose a different financial year Click on the “Year”.
You can also view it Department wise and Designation wise by selecting the same from the respective drop down.
Gender Diversity
This report provides the gender breakup of your employees at any given point. You can view it Department wise or Designation wise.
Attrition Trend Report
You can study Employee Attrition over the Financial Year. You can generate it both Department wise and Designation wise.
New Joinee Trend
This report helps you to understand the trend in the number of employees joining monthly.
This can be generated both Department wise and Designation wise.
Team Breakup
This report helps in a better understanding of the team breakup with respect to the number of employees in various Departments.
Experience Breakup
This helps you to get the data of your employees’ tenure in your company.
Age Distribution
Provides the details of the age group of your employees. This can be viewed Year wise, Department wise and Designation wise.
