You can view the Employee's Late Coming and Early Going Occurrences.
Late Coming is when the employee comes in later than the scheduled swipe-in time.
Early Going is when the employee goes out earlier than the scheduled swipe-out time.
On the Home Page click “Transactions”
Scroll down to Time Tracking, Management
Click “Attendance/Biometric Device Management”.
Click “Late/Early Occurrence Report” under “Reports”.
Select the “Month”
Choose the “Location”.
Click “Export”.
The report can be generated in a downloadable format.
The report can also be generated under ReportsàLeave & AttendanceàBiometric Attendanceà Late/Early Occurrence Report.
