The ESI registration details need to be updated to generate the reports for filing ESI returns.
On the Home Page click “Compliance”.
Click “ESI” under “Compliance”.
Click “Registration” under “Configuration, Settings”.
Enter the following:
“ESI Number”-” – ESI Code issued to your Company by the ESI Department.
“Signatory Name” “Signatory Designation” and “Signatory’s Father’s Name” of the Authorised Signatory.
Enter the “Registration Date”.
Click “Save”.
“PF Number” – PF Code issued to your Company by PF Department.
“Signatory Name” – Name of the Authorized signatory as per Form 5A (Return of Ownership) updated in PF Employer Portal
“Signatory’s Father Name”
“Registration Date” and
“Signatory Designation”.
