As per the Factories Act of 1948, the employer must maintain a leave register with wages.
All employees are entitled to leave with wages and are allowed to avail of the leave calculated based on
- In the case of an adult- It is one day for every 20 days of work by the employee.
- In the case of a young person -It is one day for every 15 days of work by the employee.
To download the report:
On the Home page click “Reports”.
Click “Statutory”.
Click the “Others” option.
Click the “Register of Leave with Wages” option.
Select the “Month” from the drop-down.
Select the “Leaves” from the drop-down menu.
Select a specific “Branch” or click “Select All."
If you want to view the details, Click the “View” option.
To download the file, Click “Export”.
