If you have decided not to pursue further processing your payroll with Paybooks before implementation, we will offer to refund the amount in the following instances whichever is earlier.
- The decision to withdraw should be informed before the bridge call. (It is the first call after sales, wherein you, the Sales Team, the SPOC, and Customer Success Team join to understand the expectations and commitments made to you.)
- Within 30 days of the subscription payment.
