You have the option to enable or disable email notifications for employees, approvers, and HR personnel when Leave Requests and Time Stamp (Attendance correction) requests are approved or rejected.

 

On the home page click the “Settings” icon.

Click “Notifications” under “Configure Rules”.

Click either Leave/ Attendance Time Stamp

Click “Leave”.

 

Leave Notification Configuration is displayed below. 

  • The on-leave claim made by the employee.


  • When the approver takes action.


  • HR Notification.


In total, there are six configurations available.


The on-leave claim made by the employee.

  • Send notifications to employees when an employee raises a leave request.

An email notification is sent to the employee upon leave request submission.

  • Notification email to approver when an employee raises a leave request.

An email notification is sent to the approver for approval or rejection.

When the approver takes action. 

  • Send notification to employee that the leave request has been approved/rejected.

An email notification is sent to the employee upon approval or rejection of the request.

  • Send an email notification to the approver when the approver rejects the leave request.

    An email notification is sent to the approver when the request is rejected.
  • Send an email notification to the approver when the approver approves the leave request.

An email notification is sent to the approver when the request is approved.

HR Notification

  •  Enable email notification to HR when Approver Approves the leave request.

An email notification is sent to HR once the last approver approves the Leave request.

Click Attendance Time Stamp

The Attendance Time Stamp notification is displayed below.


  • On Attendance, a Time Stamp request is made


  • When Approver takes action on the attendance time stamp.


  • HR Notification


There are six configurations available.

On Attendance Time Stamp request made by an employee

  • Send notifications to employees when an employee raises a time stamp request. 

Sends a mail notification to the employee upon time stamp request submission.


  • Send a notification email to the approver when an employee raises a time stamp request. 

Sends a mail notification to the approver for approval or rejection.

 

 

When Approver takes action on the attendance time stamp.

 

  • Send notification to employee that the time stamp request has been approved/rejected. 

An email notification is sent to the employee upon approval or rejection of the request.

  • Send an email notification to the approver when the approver rejects the time stamp request. 

An email notification is sent to the approver when the request is rejected.

  • Send an email notification to the approver when the approver approves the time stamp request.

An email notification is sent to the approver when the request is approved.


HR Notification

  • Enable email notification to HR when Approver Approves the Time Stamp request. 

An email notification is sent to HR once the last approver approves the time stamp request.

  • By default, all notification configurations will be enabled, resulting in email notifications being sent to employees, approvers, and HR personnel.
