You can Automate the process of receiving leave and employee master reports by scheduling them for a specific month/s.

Select the month and have the leave and employee master reports sent to you automatically.

On the Home page click on the “Transaction” Menu.

Scroll Down to “Communication and collaboration”

Click “Team Alerts”

Click “Schedule Auto report”.

Enter the Name of the “Alert”.

Select the “Report Group” as either Leave or Employee Master.

Select the “Schedule report”. 

If you select “Leave” the Schedule Report will display Leave.

If you select “Employee Master”, the Schedule Report will display Employee Master.

Configure the Email recipients. 

Select the “To” and “CC” Recipients -i.e., HR, Finance, Admin or Admin Attendance. The report will be sent to all who have been mapped to those specific roles.

Custom CC Emails. - If you would want to add an email id in Custom CC, you need to type the email id.

When to Send- Select the frequency and time when you want the report to be sent.

Report/Alert for the period-Select the report alert for the period -i.e. Next Month, Current Month, or Previous Month.

Enter the Subject for your email.

Draft your content by selecting the applicable fields under the Configure Message field from the drop-down and click Insert Fields wherever required.

Click “Save” and the “Alert” is added successfully.


  

The report will be emailed as per the schedule provided.

 

If you want to discontinue the auto-schedule report, you need to disable the toggle button. 

To edit any information with regards to the report, you need to click “Edit” make the necessary changes, and click “Save”.
