As an employee, you now have the option to view the history of the CTC i.e. the change in CTC over your tenure in the company. You can view and export the CTC breakup in ESS.
Log into ESS
On the home page click “Menu Bar”.
Click “Profile”
Click “My Timeline”.
You can view the CTC changes that have happened with the effective date.
Click on the CTC amount and the breakup will be displayed.
You have the option to export it and save it for further usage.
Click “Export”
