The Company profile helps store essential information about the company, its employees, and its payroll policies and procedures. This information is necessary to calculate accurate employee salaries and ensure the company complies with all the applicable tax and labor laws.
To Create the Company Profile:
On the Home Page click the “Settings” icon in the right-hand corner.
Enter the “Company Name”.
The “abbreviation” is automatically updated while creating the company.
Please Note: If you want to change the company abbreviation, you can contact the Support team by clicking here.
If you wish to update the logo, you can click “Choose File”.
Please select the files of the extension. JPG, GIF or. PNG files to upload the logo.
Select the “State” from the drop-down.
Enter the “Address” “City” “Pin” and “Phone No”.
Please Note: The Address and the State of the Registered office of the Company should be entered.
Enter the following:
Web site: The official URL of the Company Website
GSTIN: Goods and Service Tax Identification Number is a 15-digit identification number issued by the tax department registered under the GST regime.
Select the “Type of Business” from the drop-down.
Under the “Contact Info” tab.
Enter the following details:
- Contact Person
- The secondary contact person's name
- Phone number.
- Email ID
Click the “Registration info” tab.
Update the “Incorporation Date”- the date when the Company was officially registered under the relevant Government authorities.
Enter the “Corporation identification number”- It is the Business Identification Number which is a unique identification number provided by the Registrar of Companies. (ROC). It contains the Company’s identification number and additional information about the Company’s operations.
Click on the “PF Info” Tab.
Enter the
PF Number- of the Company
Signatory Name- Name of the Authorised Signatory of the Company.
Signatory Designation.
Signatory’s Father’s Name.
Registration Date – Date of PF Registration with the EPFO.
Enable the check box “PF Rules are same for all employees”.
Uncheck if you want to have different PF contribution rules for other employees.
The different rules are:
1. PF Calculation on Non- Restricted wages will be:
12 % of Basic + DA
2. PF calculation on Restricted Wages will be:
If Basic + DA > 15000, PF = 12 % of 15000
b. If Basic + DA < 15000, PF = 12 % of (PF Wages or INR 15000 whichever is lower).
Click the “ESI Info” tab.
Enter the following:
- ESI Number- of the Company.
- Signatory Name- Name of the Authorised Signatory of the Company.
- Signatory’s Designation
- Signatory’s Father’s Name.
- Registration Date- Date of Registration with the ESIC.
Click the “PT Info” Tab.
Enter the following:
- PT Number.
- Registration Date.
- Signatory Name – Name of the Authorised Signatory of the Company.
Click on the “IT Info” Tab.
Enter the “PAN” “TAN” “TAN Circle” and “CIT (TDS)”.
All this information is available in the Income Tax website.
Click “Form 16 signature info”.
Enter the following details of the person signing the relevant legal form:
- Name
- Father’s Name
- Email Id
- Responsible Person PAN (PAN of authorized signatory)
- Designation
- Address
- Pin Code
- Company Email Id
- Mobile Number
Select the “State” from the drop-down.
Click the “Labor Law Info” tab.
Enter the
- Signatory Name- Name of the Authorised Signatory of the Company.
- Address- The registered address of the Company.
Once you have updated all the details Click on “Save”.
