This feature helps move/push the FBP Configuration & FBP Declaration of employees from the “Current Financial Year” to the “Next Financial Year”.
On the Home Page click “Transactions”.
Scroll down to Spend, Loan Management.
Click “Flexible Benefits”.
Click on “Push FBP Rules To New Financial Year” Under “Workflow”.
To push both FBP Declaration and Configurations.
Enable the “Push Declaration” check box.
Click “Process”.
To move only configuration, without selecting an option of Push Declaration, you can directly click the Process button.
In this case, the employees/admin need to re-declare the declarations for the new financial year.
