The Scheduler Creates Standing instructions to pay/recover predefined amounts from all/a set of employees.
A standing instruction is an instruction or advice that remains in effect for a specific period. It applies until it is cancelled/closed/revoked by the person or system issuing the instruction.
Examples where we use the standing instructions:
- Salary payment—pay a specific amount in the salary for some particular months.
- Salary deductions
- Loan installments
You can set up a scheduler so that the system automatically executes the instructions.
Note: When creating the salary component, you must ensure that the “Is Scheduled Pay?” box is checked under SettingsàSalary Components.
