You can transfer an employee to an overseas location. Once the employee is transferred, the payroll for that employee is processed only till one day before the transfer.

For example, if the transfer effective date is the 14th of the current month, the salary for the employee will be processed only till the 13th of that month.

Note: Transfer can take place only in the current payroll month.

On the home page, click “Team.”

Scroll down to “Employees.”

Click “Transfer.”

Click “New.”

Search and select the Employee

Enter the “Transfer Date” and “Remarks.”

Click “Transfer.”

Click “OK,” and your employee is transferred successfully.

  • After transferring the employee, you can view the employees in the employee transfer list.

Cancel the Transfer Action

The transfer action can be cancelled only in the current month

Click the drop-down next to “View.”

Click “Cancel.”

Click “OK” to cancel.

Resume/Reinstate the Transferred employee

The "Resume" option will become available only after the payroll for the current month has been completed and you begin processing payroll for the following month.

Please note:

You cannot resume an employee in the same month they were transferred.

The resumption date must fall within the payroll month you are currently processing (i.e., the current payroll cycle in the system).

For example, if an employee was transferred in April, you cannot resume them in April. You must wait until May's payroll is open for processing and then resume the employee with a resumption date in May.

To reinstate the employee back-—as a new hire or rehire:

Click the drop-down next to “View.”

Click “Resume.”

Enter the “Resume Date.”

Click “Resume.”

The employee will now reflect in the payroll processing month.

When an employee undergoes a transfer within an organization, their status typically remains active, and they are included in the payroll for the current month up to the date of transfer.

After the current month's payroll, they will not reflect in the subsequent payroll process.
