We are always committed to providing you with the best possible experience when using our product.

We are glad to announce that we have made some modifications to the existing Monthly Attendance Report by bringing more clarity to the “No of days present” and “Leave taken”.

1. No of Days Present:

Earlier: The present days were calculated based on the calendar days of the month after considering the relevant leaves availed, holidays, weekly off, and absent days.

When generating the report in the middle of the month, the present days were calculated based on the calendar days and not on the report generation date.

For example, if you are generating the report on 24th May, the number of present days was considered based on 31 instead of 24.

Now: The new report now reflects the present days based on the report generation date, after considering all the relevant leaves availed, holidays, weekly off, and absent days.

When generated for the previous months, the report will consider the full calendar days for that month.

This is now implemented for all clients.

2. Leave Taken:

Earlier: The leave taken column reflected both the leaves requested and approved.

Now: The leave taken column will reflect only the leave approved count. This will show a correct balance of the leaves taken.

This feature will be enabled on a need basis. If you need this option in your Monthly Attendance Report, send a request to the Support Team.

In cases where the leaves are approved after the payroll process, we need to reconcile the attendance data and then generate the report. To reconcile the same, we need to go to

The leave that is approved will be updated and then the report can be generated.
