The leave workflow is enabled by default, and the manager will be the approver.  If you need more than 1 level of approval, you need to create the new workflow under Leaves àManage Leave Workflow. Please refer to the document "How to Set the Leave Workflow".

After the Leave Rules are set, the next step is to manage the workflow.

On the home page click “Payroll setting”.

Click “Leaves”

Click “View/Edit” on the leave for which you want to set the workflow.

Click “Leave Workflow” 

Select the leave workflow from the drop-down menu and click "Save".

The workflow will be saved successfully for the particular leave type.
